Dear Valued Customer,

 

With all the impact of the Coronavirus and we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help keep our customers safe and healthy.

 

We at Santo Expoxy are taking the precautions needed to keep social distancing 

 

During our in-home consultations, measures & installations:

•      We are in continuous communication with our employees, vendors & installers and we have adapted certain protocols to limit exposure to. 

•       We clean our equipment with an EPA registered disinfectant prior to each visit.

•      We wash our hands before, during and after each job and practice social distancing during the estimate process or installation service.

•       We will clean and disinfect commonly touched surfaces and install temporary protective plastic barriers to separate the work area from other areas of the home where at all possible or feasible.

Like other businesses, we want to keep everyone healthy. Here’s what you could do to support us during installations:

•       In efforts to limit exposure to our employees, we ask that if you have had any exposure to the virus that you please let us know right away and we will coordinate new dates for installation or estimates.
